Qualifications
MSc Sports Injuries and Exercise Management 2005
Post graduate diploma in Acupuncture 1996
BSc in Physiotherapy 1991

I first came to Leeds as a physiotherapy student in 1989.
Since qualifying in 1991 I have worked across Yorkshire, in the NHS and private sector, specialising in the treatment of both sports and neurological conditions.
In 1996 I gained a postgraduate diploma in Acupuncture from the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapist then based at the university of Nottingham.
From 1998 to 2000 I trained in manual therapies at the university of Coventry and in 2005 graduated from the Leeds Metropolitan university with an MSc in Sports Injuries and Exercise Management.
I enjoy learning new skills and am committed to my professional development. I have attended various courses over the years including the Bobath method for neurological conditions and the McKenzie program for spinal pain.

Since 2011 I have been the physiotherapist at the West Yorkshire MS Therapy Center treating patients with MS and other neurological problems.

My focus as a physiotherapist has always been about getting people back to what they love doing. I believe that having a good understanding of your injury and a holistic focus of your path to recovery, is the key to great results.

I am a Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy ( MCSP ) and registered with the HCPC (Health & Care Professions Council ).
